Today’s video, Cycling Nutrition and Fueling Yourself During Training, is about cycling nutrition and what to think about while you are training.
I like to say “all roads lead to nutrition!” because nutritions is such a HUGE deal on a bike if you want to perform to the best of your ability.
If you feel like you are hitting a wall, are extremely fatigued after a ride, and/or your legs just don’t seem to want to perform like you would like them to or think they should… you may definitely want to take a look at your nutrition and see if there is something missing there.
