All right. Confession time. Yes, I like to eat food and yes, I eat too much of it. My wife teases me regarding how much I spend to get my bike as light as possible, yet I “could” just lose a few pounds and save my money! Haha… whatever!
Needless to say, I do try to find some yummy food to eat that won’t break my waistline. So, peanut butter. I LOVE peanut butter – when I am REALLY dieting I have a tendency to eat it like crack. Not good. But sooooo good!
