When I first decided to participate in the Leadville 100 MTB I looked high and low for tips, training, and anything out there that could help me know what to expect in Leadville. I couldn’t find anything! As a result (because I sincerely love to help others succeed), I went ahead and wrote an ENTIRE book about how to perform your absolute best in the Leadville 100 MTB.
My team and I compiled the best tips for everything from the lottery to training and nutrition to race day. Part of the idea behind Cycling Strong is being strong yourself in all aspects. The Leadville 100 MTB Survival Guide is a comprehensive guide to doing and being your best in one of the toughest MTB races on the continent.
